In this 1hour 15 minute yoga class, Alison will take you through a simplified and shortened Ashtanga Yoga Sequence. This video is intended for students who have already have a basic understanding of the postures.  The video offers cues and pointers on each pose and is not intended to replace a teacher.  Please make sure that you always take guidance from your health care professionals regarding your suitability to take part in any exercise program. Always work mindfully, listen to and respect your body.
