What we do

Yoga

We run a range private and semi-private yoga classes online. We have yoga for beginners and experienced students and also offer pranayama (yoga breathing classes).

As well as online classes we offer workplace yoga, school yoga classes, wedding & hen's day yoga, and also run yoga retreats in Australia and Thailand.

Personalised Health Coaching Programs

As well as yoga classes Soul Train Yoga offer a 90 day Whole New You wellbeing program.

This 90 day program is a transformational program that looks at each area of your life, nourishing your body, moving your body, bringing peace & clarity on a mental/emotional level, connecting you to you dreams and life purpose and quite simply setting up an achievable action plan to support you in creating the life you dream of and support you in your journey to optimal health.

"Each day I practice, I discover something new about myself, I chip away at another old habit and I am constantly re-inventing myself.  I am grateful and humbled both by what is revealed, and to those who have walked this path before me."  Alison Ritchie

Fire Ceremony with Sri O.P. Tiwari and Paul Dallaghan, Thailand 2013

"My experience of the process of yoga is: Tapas;  cleaning off the conditioning, emotions, baggage, followed by Svadhyaya; self study, reflection, enquiring within and finally Ishvara Pranidhana; letting go and seeing yourself and things as they really are. Then the process starts all over again on a deeper level... Evolution and Involution." Alison Ritchie
