The workshop is for all levels of student and will be an opportunity to learn how to establish a home practice that fits your schedule plus an introduction to using the breath effectively in asana practice.

Practice cards will be on sale for additional $12 each. The practice card is a helpful way to help you create a home practice you can stick to.
